Does Builder Direct Sales Group provide or offer a thermostat?
Yes we do! We are Ecobee’s largest distributor in the country. We offer the Ecobee3 Lite, and the Ecobee4 thermostats.
What SEER rating is provided as a standard in the program?
16 SEER Gas and 15 SEER Heat Pump Systems.
Does the Homebuilder have to build and/or close a certain number of homes per year to take advantage of this program?
No! We serve builders who build 2 homes a year and some who build over 2,000 homes per year!
Who registers the Homeowners new equipment after closing?
We do! Based on your closings, Builder Direct Sales Group will register all equipment on behalf of the homeowner, giving them a full 10 year parts warranty.
Does the Homebuilder ever take possession of the equipment purchasing direct?
No. Contractor will still be responsible for pick up, installation, and warranty.
