Builder Direct Sales Group, LLC (also referred to BDSG) reserves the right to deny any warranty claim request that is found incomplete, incorrect or fraudulent.
BDSG reserves the right to deny any warranty claim request to non-approved contractors performing repairs.
Claim request could take up to 3 working days to process.

Class A - 1.5 Hours
Class B - 2 hours
Class C - 2.5 hours + Refrigerant
Class D - 3.5 hours + Refrigerant
Class E - 5 hours + Refrigerant
- 1.5 Hours of labor related to small components such as contactors, capictors and relays
- 2 hours of labor related to mechanical or electrical components such as motors, blades and blower assembly, filter driers and TXY's.
- 2.5 hours + $50 for refrigerant for labor related to sealed system repairs without parts.
- 3.5 hours + $100 for refrigerent for labor related to sealed system repairs with parts, including evaporator coil replacement.
- 5 hours + $100 for refrigerent for labor related to compressors, condenser coils and unit replacement. Unit replacement must have prior approval from BDSG.
Unit replacement of non-compressor bearing units will not qualify for refrigerant charge.
